OLR is hiring a full-time QA Analyst in Bangalore, India, to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Oracle Retail POS and e-commerce applications. The role involves manual and automated testing, functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing; defect tracking in Jira; test planning and process improvement; release readiness assessments; and collaboration with development, product, and business teams. Candidates need at least two years of QA or software testing experience, familiarity with Oracle Retail Xstore or similar POS systems, Agile and Waterfall knowledge, SQL and database skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
