Description

MindBridge is hiring a QA & Test Automation Developer to build, maintain, and scale automated test suites and quality engineering frameworks for its AI-powered financial risk intelligence platform. The role focuses on risk-based testing, failure investigation, agentic and AI-assisted testing, validation of LLM-based and non-deterministic systems, and collaboration with engineering, product, and other technical teams. Candidates need strong software testing fundamentals, programming experience in a test automation language, CI/CD experience, and practical experience with AI-assisted development. The position offers hybrid or remote work, a base salary of $108,000 to $121,000, and may include bonus awards.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience designing and developing automated tests for modern software applications
Experience with modern test automation frameworks
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and incorporating automated testing into software delivery workflows
Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development capabilities to automate or improve engineering and QA workflows
Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing AI-powered applications, LLM-based features, copilots, or autonomous or agentic systems
Experience developing evaluation frameworks or automated evaluations for non-deterministic AI behaviour
Experience building automation using agentic technologies that perform multi-step tasks or interact with engineering systems and tools
Familiarity with prompt evaluation, tool calling, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, and LLM observability
Experience with large-scale end-to-end test suites, parallel test execution, test data management, and distributed CI environments
