WebRTC.ventures is hiring a full-time QA Automation Engineer for its Panama City QA and testing center in a staff augmentation arrangement. The role focuses on automated testing of real-time communication products, especially video and phone calls across web and mobile platforms, with responsibilities spanning functional, integration, API, load, performance, regression, exploratory, and CI/CD testing. The engineer will work directly with a client’s engineering, product, and QA teams, require at least three years of QA automation experience, and work in a hybrid model with fewer than five office days per month.
