Description

The QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites for assigned projects, primarily using Selenium WebDriver with Java, JUnit or TestNG, and a Page Object Model framework. They will own end-to-end testing activities across Agile or Kanban delivery teams, including test planning, automation development, pipeline execution, defect analysis, and collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation testing.
Strong understanding of JUnit, TestNG, or a similar Java-based test execution framework.
Experience creating and maintaining automation test suites for regression, smoke, functional, and end-to-end testing.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web application testing and element identification.
Experience with cross-browser functional testing.
Strong familiarity with bug tracking, defect reporting, and test management tools.
Experience writing test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
Working knowledge of BDD principles; experience with Cucumber or a similar BDD tool would be beneficial.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation test integration using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar.
Experience using version control tools such as Git or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Implementing AI-assisted testing solutions to improve test design, automation coverage, defect analysis, reporting, or test maintenance.
