Upland Software is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to own end-to-end test automation across SOAP and REST APIs, web UI, and integrations. The role focuses on Playwright and SoapUI test suites, CI/CD integration, AI-assisted test stability, failure triage, quality dashboards, and reusable automation frameworks. Candidates need 5–8+ years of software QA/automation experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong API, UI, CI/CD, Git, and troubleshooting skills.
