Description
The QA Chapter Lead will set quality standards across impact.com’s IO and AI engineering groups, coach engineers to own testing, and build evaluation systems and tooling for deterministic platform software and non-deterministic agentic products. The role covers functional, regression, integration, performance, security, eval-driven, safety, and latency testing; CI/CD guardrails; quality signals; and cross-group enablement. It requires 5+ years of QA or software development experience, an engineering-in-test background, agentic AI expertise, and strong infrastructure and testing knowledge.
