Description
The QA Chapter Lead will define and oversee quality assurance strategy and processes for impact.com’s Data Group, including test planning, automation, CI/CD integration, defect management, release readiness, and quality metrics. The role leads and mentors QA engineers, collaborates with product, engineering, and DevOps teams, and supports release decisions. Candidates need at least five years of QA or SDET experience, leadership experience, strong testing and automation expertise, and hands-on experience with agentic AI, data-quality testing, and SQL testing. The position offers a $130,000–$150,000 USD annual base salary plus a variable bonus and RSU grant, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
