NiCE is hiring a Quality Engineering Director to architect and lead its quality engineering discipline into the AI era. The role owns automation infrastructure, performance engineering, AI-driven quality initiatives, test frameworks, CI/CD integration, reliability standards, and the hiring and development of engineering and architecture teams. It requires 12+ years of software engineering or QA experience, including 5+ years of engineering leadership, and offers a hybrid work model with two office days and three remote days per week.
