Description
Compass is hiring a QA Engineer for Griddle, its school timetabling platform. The role owns end-to-end testing in the test environment, including manual testing, pre-release regression, automated UI and API testing, risk identification, and release sign-off. It is split roughly 50/50 between testing and feature delivery, with a pathway into full-stack development and exposure to Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and CI/CD. The position is based in the Melbourne office hub and requires at least four years of manual testing experience, automated testing skills, AI-tool familiarity, strong communication, and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
