Toyota is hiring its first dedicated QA Engineer for AI products to define quality dimensions, conduct scenario-based, exploratory, and red-team testing, analyze LLM outputs, and build automated quality evaluation workflows. The role will establish feedback loops using user logs, ratings, and inquiries, collaborate with product, MLOps, and data engineering teams, and document quality risks. It requires at least three years of QA or testing experience with LLM products, test design, ambiguous-system evaluation, automation, and collaboration experience, along with business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
