Description
The Quality Engineer will establish, evaluate, and apply technical quality assurance protocols for raw materials and finished products; monitor manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures; analyze inspection trends and recommend corrective actions; qualify and optimize processes through Gage R&R, process capability, and design-of-experiments studies; and lead investigations of failures and corrective actions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or an equivalent, at least five years of relevant experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or optoelectronics industry, leadership of cross-functional teams, and proficiency with SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, ISO management systems, and JMP. It is 100% onsite in a cleanroom and office environment.
