DCM Services is hiring a full-time QA Engineer to own quality across the software development lifecycle. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test suites, building testing frameworks and tooling, executing manual and automated testing, validating defects, partnering with developers on requirements and acceptance criteria, supporting CI/CD and release processes, and contributing to information security and quality improvement. The position is remote or onsite in Minnesota, with remote availability in several other United States states, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3–5 years of related experience. The salary is $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
