SAI360 is hiring a mid-level, full-time QA Engineer for its Lithuanian team to serve as a human-in-the-loop quality owner for AI-driven software testing. The role combines functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and risk-based testing with AI-assisted test design, data creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance. The engineer will review AI-generated tests, maintain test coverage, collaborate with development and product teams, automate scenarios with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and track complex defects through release. A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, prior QA or test-automation experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools are required. The position is remote-first and offers a gross monthly base salary of €2,333–€2,900 plus potential bonuses or commission.
