Description

Wabtec is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer/Technologist to support the Energy Management product line for train performance and automation. The role involves designing test cases and plans, executing tests, preparing reports, configuring laboratory setups, diagnosing test-bench issues, logging and retesting defects, and developing test automation strategies. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electronics, or a related engineering field, 2–3 years of software or system validation experience, and experience in locomotive, aerospace, or automotive domains. Desired qualifications include familiarity with DOORS, IBM Quality Manager, CLM, user interface testing, and scripting tools such as Python or LabVIEW.

Additional Information
