Texas Health and Human Services Commission is hiring a QA Engineer Automated contractor in Austin, Texas, to perform quality assurance for the Contract Operations application. The role involves designing and maintaining automated test cases and scripts using Playwright or similar technology, performing manual testing, tracking test execution, scheduling automated tests, reporting, logging defects in Jira, maintaining requirements traceability, supporting development and testing activities, and leading UAT as needed. The position is hybrid, with onsite work Monday through Tuesday and remote work Wednesday through Friday, and is limited to local candidates.
