Description
Island is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure product quality through primarily manual testing of enterprise software releases. The role involves planning and executing release testing, collaborating with developers on feature test plans, advising on automation test infrastructure and writing end-to-end and component-level automation test plans, and adapting testing to enterprise customer use cases and environments. Candidates should have at least five years of manual testing experience, client/server and web application testing experience across browsers and operating systems, familiarity with web applications, debugging tools, Git, Jira, and Zephyr; networking knowledge, UI/web automation experience, and a computer science or related degree are advantageous.
