Description
Amtech, backed by Vista Equity Partners, is hiring a QA Engineer II to independently own quality for user stories and small product features from requirements review through release validation. The role combines risk-based manual testing with Playwright automation using JavaScript or TypeScript, including UI, API, database, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. The engineer will maintain test suites and documentation, integrate automation into CI/CD, investigate failures, report and triage defects, assess release readiness, use and validate AI-assisted testing outputs, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and mentor Associate QA Engineers.
