Description
First National is hiring a full-time QA Engineer for its AI-enabled mortgage applications and workflows in Toronto. The role owns functional, integration, regression, API, data, user interface, accessibility, performance, security, and operational readiness testing; develops manual and automated test suites; supports UAT, release readiness, defect triage, and production readiness; and partners with AI quality and evaluation teams on probabilistic AI outputs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least five years of progressive quality assurance, software testing, test automation, or quality engineering experience, with financial services or regulated technology experience preferred.
