Cronos Europa Portugal is hiring a full-time QA Engineer / Test Automation Specialist for a nearshore delivery assignment from Lisbon, with onboarding in the Netherlands and a minimum of three days per week on-site. The role focuses on quality assurance and test automation across a customer care technology ecosystem involving Salesforce, Azure, .NET, and Genesys Cloud. Responsibilities include configuring Genesys Cloud flows and routing, implementing IVR and digital channels, building integrations, developing automation and client-side extensions, testing customer journeys, and supporting incident resolution and platform improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least four years of contact centre platform development experience including two years with Genesys Cloud, and fluency in English.
