Description
Inter IKEA Group is hiring a full-time QA Engineering Leader to lead and refine quality and test automation practices across Range software development. The role coordinates QA activities, develops test plans and acceptance criteria, coaches engineering and product teams, supports decoupled development and interface-level testing, and acts as a subject matter expert in performance, penetration, and high-availability testing. The position is based in Malmö (Hyllie) and requires a degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, at least two years of software engineering experience, at least five years of QA experience, and experience building modern web test automation frameworks with Playwright, Cypress, JavaScript/TypeScript, and GitHub Actions.
