Kredivo Group is hiring a full-time QA Engineering Manager (SDE 5) in Jakarta to own the quality charter for a tribe, lead 5–10 QA Engineers and SEITs, and establish and improve mobile, API, web, and software testing strategies and automation frameworks. The role includes mentoring engineers, managing validation phases, conducting root-cause analysis, establishing quality metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning QA efforts with product roadmaps. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, 8–12 years of relevant experience, leadership experience, modern test-automation expertise, strong programming knowledge, and experience with Agile or Scrum.
