Strong organization and time management skills
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete background checks and standard pre-employment screening
Hands-on experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing STR properties and proficiency in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Ability to navigate company communication apps, including Slack and Breezeway.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Possession of appropriate documentation, including a valid Social Security Number.
Willingness to undergo background checks and other screenings as required by regulations.
