Description
The Extrusion Quality Inspector performs quality inspections and checks on extruded products, including dimensional, surface, go-gauge fit, color, bow, and impact testing; guides accept/reject decisions; monitors samples and collects data according to VEKA Standards; notifies extrusion teams of substandard production; and evaluates products for tooling maintenance requests. The role requires an associate degree in science or engineering or at least three years of quality or science-related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, computer literacy, and onsite availability for a rotating 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule.
