Description
The Microbiology Intern will perform microbiological, analytical, and sensory analysis on products, raw materials, and facilities; maintain laboratory records; ensure laboratory equipment and Good Laboratory Procedures are followed; develop and evaluate new methods; and inspect co-manufacturing facilities. The role requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a science field, strong laboratory and computer skills, attention to detail, and seafood HACCP knowledge is preferred. The position pays $20-$25 per hour and requires permanent United States work authorization.
