Description
Mars Petcare is hiring a Quality Assurance Lab Tech for its Aurora, Nebraska manufacturing plant. The role performs quality testing of inbound raw materials and finished products, collects and analyzes samples, troubleshoots quality issues, maintains laboratory equipment and inventory, supports food safety and quality management, and covers receiving and composite lab activities. The position works afternoon shifts, may require 12-hour shifts and overtime, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience preferred.
