Description
The QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance strategy and QA teams for a video game project, manage testing coverage and workloads, review bugs and documentation, define QA processes, create test plans and risk assessments, support integration and build stability, and collaborate with developers, designers, producers, and other stakeholders. The role requires at least three years of video game QA experience, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity, along with knowledge of game development tools, bug-tracking systems, and cross-functional teamwork.
