Description
Amgen is hiring a QA Lead – Salesforce & Copado Robotic Testing to lead quality engineering and testing for enterprise Salesforce platforms, including OneCRM. The role owns end-to-end test strategy, manual and functional testing, Copado Robotic Testing automation, integration and end-to-end testing, defect management, release readiness, quality governance, and the development of QA standards. It also leads and mentors onshore and offshore QA and test automation teams and partners with product, business, engineering, architecture, and production support stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline and 9–13 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or quality engineering, with significant experience leading QA for large-scale enterprise applications.
