Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a QA Line Technician to support quality systems and food safety in its dairy manufacturing plant. The role involves monitoring packaging-line processing, collecting samples, responding to quality concerns, performing sanitation and document audits, investigating customer and root-cause issues, reviewing holds and rework, testing product identity, and monitoring environmental conditions. Candidates need an associate degree or GED plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination; weekend and holiday availability are required.
