Description
Huckleberry is hiring a full-time QA Manager to lead a globally distributed team of 12 QA engineers across manual and automated testing. The role owns QA strategy, staffing, standards, hiring, team development, release readiness, quality risk, defect reduction, reporting, and shift-left process improvement. Candidates need at least six years of QA experience, three years of QA management experience including globally distributed teams, mobile QA expertise, release-readiness ownership, and AI-native QA practice. The role is available in California, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Wyoming, and Virginia, with equity, unlimited PTO, health, vision, dental, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) match.
