Description
The QA Manager will lead and develop the QA Testing Production team in the video game industry, establish quality assurance processes, coordinate testing plans with project managers, development teams, and customers, monitor project quality and timelines, and support sales and new-business development. The role also oversees QA staff, manages customer relationships, improves department performance, monitors costs, and contributes to revenue and profitability goals. Candidates need substantial video game QA experience, prior QA management experience, bug-tracking and project-management expertise, and strong communication and leadership skills.
