Description
The Quality Manager will lead the quality program for a manufacturing plant, managing QA department activities, customer quality issues, corrective actions, PPAP launches, audits, measurement systems, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong manufacturing and quality engineering expertise, leadership and communication skills, and experience with automotive core tools, ISO9001, Lean, and 6-Sigma. The position also requires a related bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant manufacturing quality experience, and experience supervising people.
