Description
The QA/QC Assistant Manager supports and maintains quality assurance and quality control systems in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The role coordinates audits and inspections, oversees material and product testing, manages investigations and CAPA, performs root cause analysis, monitors suppliers and customer quality concerns, supports QMS documentation and compliance, and guides staff and cross-functional improvement activities. Cosmetics manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated experience also valued.
