Description
The QA/QC Coordinator ensures that industrial equipment and components meet NRG’s quality standards and customer-specific configuration requirements. The role performs receiving, in-process, and final inspections; verifies equipment configurations; manages orders and vendor quality requirements; conducts root-cause analysis and corrective actions; maintains inspection records and quality documentation; supports internal and external audits; and collaborates with engineering and production teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, inspection, purchasing, or a related manufacturing or industrial role, and involves work in office, production shop, and outdoor areas with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
