Description
The QA Supervisor oversees QA inspectors and technicians, ensures products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements, supports production with timely quality decisions, monitors quality metrics, leads non-conforming-material investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes training, coaching, performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and promotion of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant production or business discipline, at least three years of experience in a high-volume, high-mix production environment, and at least three years in a supervisory position. The position is 100% onsite and requires willingness to work three 12-hour rotating shifts.
