August Bioservices is hiring a QA Specialist to provide real-time quality oversight across manufacturing, packaging, inspection, and warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role supports cGMP compliance, batch records, SOPs, line clearances, inspections, controlled-substance handling, documentation, deviations, CAPA, audits, and regulatory inspections, while coaching operators and maintaining inspection readiness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of GMP experience, and regular presence in manufacturing and cleanroom environments; shifts include second, third, and weekend day shifts.
