Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will directly manage technical staff and support the Quality Manager in maintaining product safety, quality, and compliance with global regulations and customer expectations. The role oversees supplier quality, quality operations, and project quality; supervises, trains, and mentors engineering-level quality personnel; supports audits; leads quality initiatives; and manages departmental spending. The position is based in El Paso, Texas, on a fourth-shift schedule covering two weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a manufacturing work environment.
