Description
The Quality Team Leader – Criminal Verifications will lead a team of Quality Coaches/Auditors supporting US criminal background screening and public records research. The role is responsible for maintaining 100% audit coverage and feedback closure, running weekly calibration sessions, managing and developing the quality team, auditing court records and reportability decisions, ensuring compliance with FCRA and state restrictions, and driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. It is a remote, Monday-to-Friday night-shift position requiring hands-on US criminal or public records verification experience, prior quality auditing experience, at least 18 months of Quality Coach experience, and 3–6 years of BGV, KPO, or Quality Assurance experience.
