Description
The QA Supervisor oversees and coordinates quality assurance activities in solar panel manufacturing, supervising the Quality Assurance department and leading inspections, audits, CAPA investigations, quality reporting, and corrective and preventive actions. The role manages QA personnel, collaborates with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, and supports continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field and 3–5 years of manufacturing quality assurance experience are required, with supervisory experience and prior experience in solar, electronics, or related manufacturing preferred.
