Description
Mach9 is hiring a QA Survey Technician to validate feature-extraction accuracy, stress-test workflows against real-world LiDAR and mobile mapping datasets, identify extraction errors and edge cases, provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams, create screen recordings and walkthroughs, and build repeatable QA checklists. The role requires hands-on surveying, drafting, or CAD experience, expertise in feature extraction and infrastructure workflows, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical workflows. The position is based onsite in San Francisco, with flexibility to work from home when needed.
