Description
The QA Technical Lead will lead and mentor approximately four QA analysts, perform in-depth manual testing of backend systems, establish QA testing lifecycle standards, validate data integrity and quality, write SQL test scenarios, and work in a SQL-based environment with automation tools. The role requires at least seven years of software testing and quality assurance experience, SQL and data validation expertise, testing lifecycle knowledge, basic automation knowledge, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and English proficiency.
