Description
The Newport News Quality Assurance Technician inspects raw materials and finished products, performs random sampling, schedules inspections, maintains inspection records, enters product data into JDE and Boss systems, orders products from external warehouses, and evaluates returned products. The role requires a basic understanding of food processing, math and computer skills, sensory perception, teamwork, and minimum supervision, with food science education desirable but not essential.
