Description
Flock is hiring a QA Test Lead to own end-to-end quality assurance for mechatronic systems spanning airborne hardware, ground docks, and cloud backends. The role leads QA strategy, test plans, test suites, automation, hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing, and release gates, while performing hands-on Linux debugging, Python and Bash scripting, and analysis of embedded and cloud systems. Candidates should have systems engineering and QA experience with safety-critical mechatronic systems, Linux, embedded debugging, and test automation; experience with aviation standards, FAA Part 107, Gazebo, or AWS is a plus. The role offers a starting base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 plus Flock stock options, with Atlanta and Boston prioritized for hub-based work and remote work possible when the posting allows.
