ActioNet is hiring a full-time Optimization Engineer / Algorithm Engineer to design, develop, and improve intelligent vehicle routing and scheduling solutions. The role focuses on OR-Tools-based routing algorithms, clustering, constraint modeling, real-time and batch optimization, API integration with enterprise control systems, performance tuning, automated testing, scalability, monitoring, and production support. Candidates need at least five years of experience in routing, scheduling, or optimization systems, along with strong algorithmic, Python or Java, and systems-integration skills.
