Description
The Quality Control Engineer supports the Quality Control Manager by conducting inspections, testing, reporting, and quality-system compliance across all stages of precast concrete production. The role covers pre-pour, stripping, post-pour, finishing, reinforcement fabrication, and repair inspections; defect tracking; concrete mix-design support; sample fabrication; equipment calibration; and project submittals. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, PCI Level I and II certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, strong computer and mathematical skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
