Dispelix is hiring a full-time QC Engineer/QC Lead in Espoo, Finland, to support R&D projects involving AR waveguide metrology. The role includes creating and executing QC plans, performing laboratory measurements, developing metrology tools and measurement methods, writing measurement scripts, analyzing results, and supporting metrology activities in the company’s China factory. Candidates need an MSc or PhD in Optics or Physics or a related field, strong programming skills in Matlab, Python, and possibly C++/C+, data-processing experience, and fluent English. The position requires travel and offers flexible working arrangements.
