Hutco, Inc. is hiring an NDT Inspector – MT/PT Level II for work at Newport News Shipbuilding. The role performs magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspections on structural welds in a shop environment, including grinding, confined-space work, and safety procedures. Candidates must hold documented Level II qualifications under ASNT SNT-TC-1A, have at least four years of continuous certified-inspector experience, pass applicable examinations, and meet vision and safety requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with up to 12-hour days possible. Pay is $36.00 per hour plus $120.00 pier diem for qualifying candidates, with limited medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.
