Techmer PM is hiring a full-time, first-shift QC Lab Technician at its Batavia, Illinois facility. The role performs quality-control testing, sample compounding, product certification, color adjustments, nonconforming-product disposition, analytical testing, statistical quality control, and Certificate of Analysis documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least two years of compounding or laboratory experience, color-spectrophotometer experience, basic computer and mathematical skills, and the ability to differentiate color hues; Spanish proficiency is a plus. The position pays $24.50 per hour or more depending on experience and offers medical, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
