Baxter is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead and organize Microbiology and Chemistry Laboratory operations. The role oversees laboratory testing, validation, method transfers, stability programs, quality monitoring, change control, compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements, analyst training, reporting, budgets, equipment, and supplier management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline, at least 8 years of experience in quality systems within a regulated environment, at least 3 years of laboratory management or supervisory experience, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and strong communication and change-management skills.
