Description
The TSD Manager leads specialized testing across HD, mobile, and future gaming platforms, owning end-to-end quality compliance, governance, delivery, risk mitigation, and organizational capability. The role coordinates cross-studio and worldwide quality collaboration, establishes testing standards and benchmarks, drives automation and data-led decision-making, and manages global teams and change initiatives. It requires 8+ years of QC or engineering experience, preferably in QCPM or Senior QC Lead roles, at least 2 years of team management experience, and a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
