AbCellera is hiring a QC Microbiology Manager to lead GMP QC-microbiology laboratory operations at its biological Drug Substance clinical manufacturing facility in Vancouver, Canada. The role owns the Contamination Control Program, leads microbial methods, environmental monitoring, utilities monitoring, bioburden, endotoxin, contamination investigations, and external testing oversight, and provides technical mentorship to the QC team. The position requires at least 10 years of hands-on GMP QC microbiology experience, a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related life sciences field, and strong leadership, communication, and data-integrity skills. The annual base salary is CAD 105,600–132,000, with equity, bonus, RRSP, lifestyle allowance, vacation, professional development, and health benefits.
